A factory photograph is evidence of equipment, not a specification. The drawing, approved sample and agreed inspection plan define what repeat production must match.

Frequently Asked Questions

What speaker components do you manufacture?

As an OEM/ODM manufacturer of speaker components we make the full driver-parts line: rubber edge surrounds, foam surrounds, speaker gaskets, paper cones and custom cones, plus OEM speaker parts and accessories such as dust caps and spiders. We build to catalog specs or fully to your drawings.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Standard MOQ is 500 pcs per SKU for catalog speaker rubber surrounds, cones, spiders and dust caps. Trial orders start at 100 pcs, and mixed-SKU sample orders can be arranged. Custom-tooled parts carry a higher MOQ tied to the new mold.

What are your typical lead times?

Samples are usually ready in 3–7 days. Mass production typically takes 15–30 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on quantity, compound and whether new tooling is required.

Do you offer OEM and ODM, and what can be customized?

Both. For OEM we manufacture to your drawings and specs; for ODM we help develop the part from your target size, driver and performance goals. This covers rubber and foam surrounds, gaskets, paper and custom cones and OEM speaker parts and accessories. Customizable items include diameter (about 1" to 21"), surround/roll profile, rubber compound, Shore A hardness, color, thickness, and private-label packaging.

Which materials and compounds do you offer and how do I choose?

For rubber surrounds and gaskets we run NBR, IIR (butyl), EPDM, SBR and foam. IIR/butyl gives high damping and low air leakage for premium woofers; EPDM offers weather and ozone resistance for outdoor or marine use; NBR resists oil; SBR is a cost-effective general option; foam suits lightweight high-compliance surrounds. Cones use pressed paper, with custom cones made to your coating and weight. Share your driver and application and we will advise the best fit.

What speaker sizes do you cover?

Roughly 1" to 21" — from tweeter and micro-driver parts up to large pro-audio and subwoofer surrounds and passive radiators.

Can I get samples, and how does tooling work?

Yes. Existing-profile and logo samples are available quickly. Custom geometries need a mold with a one-time tooling cost that is often creditable against bulk orders. We confirm a pre-production sample with photos before mass production.

Can you provide RoHS / REACH compliance documentation?

Yes. RoHS- and REACH-compliant compounds are available. We can supply material declarations and arrange SGS or Intertek third-party testing on request.

What shipping methods and Incoterms do you support?

We ship FOB, CIF and DDP, or hand over to your nominated forwarder. Each order includes a commercial invoice, packing list and standard export documents, with carton marks, barcode labels and export carton planning.
