Shore A hardness is tuned per compound for stable low-frequency compliance and long service life.
Standard MOQ is 500 pcs per SKU, with trial orders from 100 pcs and mixed-SKU samples welcome. A new size or profile carries a one-time tooling cost; stock profiles ship without new tooling. Typical lead time is 15–25 days after sample approval, with 5–7 day sampling and pre-production photo confirmation.
