Customized Cone Assembly (Injection-Molded PP Sandwich Cone Body)

Every batch of rubber surrounds, cones, gaskets and voice coils goes through incoming-material, in-process and pre-shipment inspection. We check diameter, roll height, thickness and Shore A hardness against the approved sample, and run compliance/pull tests on request. Standard sampling follows AQL 2.5 for major defects; a full inspection report with photos can be provided before you release the balance payment.

For most orders we work on 30% T/T deposit with the balance against the pre-shipment inspection report or copy of the B/L. We also accept L/C at sight for larger orders, and support Trade Assurance / PayPal for samples and small trial orders. Tooling costs are quoted separately and are often creditable against subsequent bulk orders.

Yes. We support OEM private-label packaging — your logo on the part where the process allows, plus custom polybags, blister trays, printed inner boxes and export cartons to your artwork. We can also apply your SKU barcodes and carton marks so goods are shelf- or line-ready on arrival. Share your packaging spec or a reference sample and we will quote accordingly.

Yes. Send us the driver's outer diameter, cone (or existing surround) inner diameter, roll width and roll height, plus a few clear photos and the application (woofer, midrange, subwoofer, marine, etc.). Our engineers reverse-match the profile, recommend the compound and Shore A hardness, and confirm with a pre-production sample before tooling or mass production.

If any part falls outside the approved sample tolerances or arrives damaged, notify us within 30 days of receipt with photos and the batch/lot number. Verified quality defects are re-produced and reshipped free of charge, or credited against your next order. Because parts are made to your confirmed sample and specs, we always lock a signed pre-production sample first to avoid disputes.
