How to Source Passive Radiator from a Factory

Every passive radiator order starts from your target size, driver model and application. Send a drawing, a physical sample or the speaker it fits, and we reverse-engineer the exact profile, roll height and mounting diameter — factory-direct, with no trading middlemen in between.

Compound and hardness are matched to the job: NBR resists oil, IIR (butyl) gives high damping and low air leakage for premium woofers, EPDM handles weather and ozone for outdoor or marine use, SBR is a cost-effective general option, and foam suits lightweight high-compliance surrounds. Shore A hardness is tuned per compound for stable low-frequency compliance and long service life.

Standard MOQ is 500 pcs per SKU, with trial orders from 100 pcs and mixed-SKU samples welcome. A new size or profile carries a one-time tooling cost; stock profiles ship without new tooling. Typical lead time is 15–25 days after sample approval, with 5–7 day sampling and pre-production photo confirmation.
