Material and construction are matched to the job. Mechanical behavior, temperature, weather exposure, chemicals, bonding method and expected service life should be stated where they affect performance.
MOQ, sampling time and tooling depend on whether a suitable mold exists, the selected compound, dimensional requirements and the validation plan. These terms are confirmed against one approved specification rather than assumed from a similar catalog item.
Packing, Incoterm, destination and required documents should be included in the RFQ. Material declarations or project-specific testing can then be reviewed for availability and scope.
